One of the things that I find occasionally paralysing as a founder is the sheer complexity you can face. Whether customer acquisition or product uptake, at an early stage nothing is really working the way you want it to. But it’s often not clear what changes would make things better.
For me, re-visiting proven methodologies like Minimum Viable Product and reviewing my current situation with that lens is a pretty reliable way to get unstuck. It gives me better awareness of what’s actually going on underneath and what might fix it.

Corporate sponsors funding IfWeRaise to provide fairer access to entrepreneurship 🌟
We were very happy to close a deal with our first corporate sponsor this week. They’d initially got in touch to fund IfWeRaise places as part of their programme of support for underserved founders. If you know a programme we’d be a great fit for then introductions are always gratefully received 🙏🏼
Take care
